What it is, is a simple maze game, where you must navigate the arrow to the 

yellow dot.

There is a problem though, you can't lose, because the coding for the boundary is 

pretty messed up, other than that, the menus work and its very beta and amateur.

360 and MAC

So, the XBOX 360 is a Microsoft product (PC) and I incorporate it with MAC. 

I don't think they would like that. 

So, a junior at my school was playing a game with his 360 Controller and I said, "How'd you do that?!?" 

I looked it up and learned that its a simple driver, I downloaded it and restarted my laptop. 

I read that this driver works with Halo so I went on to the Halo game that EVERYONE 

at my school plays on our MAC's, and it worked! 

So, I set it up like COD and GTA and it's pretty cool, and its FULLY customizable!

Anyways, I finally got some space on my iPhone.

My cousin gave me his 2g iPhone when he got his 3g. 

Anyways a 4GB iPhone for free, good stuff. 

So, you know on iTunes how you have the Library of Songs 

then all the playlists (90's music, top 25, blah, blah...)

Well, I had no space left on my iPhone, not even enough for one song. 

So, I unsynced those playlists and now I have like 3 GB's left!

my internet.

my internet on my iPhone stopped working.

What I did, was got a $10 plan, 

and got unlimited internet through an APN. 

The APN name I was using stopped working 

so, I used modmyi.com

AWESOME SITE.

and got a new APN name and its fast as hell 

for only $10 instead of $30!

Jailbird

You know there are programs that unlock and activate your iphone as well as jailbreak it for both MAC and PC. Well, the Dev-Team is working on a new program for PC called Jailbird. It looks very similar to MAC's version of QuickPwn or PwnageTool. Anyways, this is going to be a short post it's Friday! C'mon. I'll do a post tomorrow about all the viruses I got on my PC. Hahah!

Screensaver Progress!

The above video is my current progress on the screensaver. This actually is just a test. The completed screensaver will be better looking, probably 3D. The above is just a test really, it was pretty hard. 

For some reason its really 'laggy'. SORRY, it flows better. 

So, what did you do ?

First, I opened up Adobe Flash ;)

Next, I made a circle, which I converted to a symbol.

Went to frame 20. Made it a KEYFRAME.

With the frame selected I moved the circle to where I wanted it to stop at the 20th frame. Then I changed the 'tween' to motion so the circle would move. 

Simple huh, it actually is, even though I was being sarcastic.

WHY?!

is this necessary. I have Sony Vegas 8, a video editing software. I use that, it's good for editing my movies. BUT, it's only PC.. and I don't use my PC for it only has about 10 MB of space left on it. (THATS LIKE TWO SONGS?!). Don't ask me what I downloaded..idk. lol! So, I occasionally use that. But, I'm sticking to iMovie HD. I just get custom plug-ins for the effects that it doesn't already have.

BUT, back on topic?! Adobe, c'mon! It's an awesome program though. But, what really sucks is. My laptop, which I got at school, came with tonsss of Adobe Programs (apps). Here's a picture.

Where's AFTER EFFECTS?! Ahhhh, whatever.

Adobe Flash

Sitting in BioChem today, I said to Ian, "Do you 'wanna' make our own game on Adobe Flash?" Adobe Flash is a program used to make flash animation, kinda. So, we opened it up and I found a quick video tutorial and learned the very basics of animating a shape. 10 minutes later we came up of the idea of making our own custom screensaver. We are currently working on a screensaver, while learning the program. True artists. Not really, but whatever.

That's Chinese for thanks! I made that myself in photoshop. Just copy and pasting haha, I didn't spend that much time. So, I'm, going on a more personal scale. I'm sitting here, at first period BioChem and we are doing absolutely nothing. So, I said I might as well do my Monday blog. 

For this blog, I've been doing it for about a week, I'd like to say thanks to everyone how has followed this blog and also commented. MY SHORT MOVIES

The blog has been mostly about me modding and hacking stuff, but I want to change the direction, to a more personal level. What do I do for fun? I make short movies. I direct, star, and even edit. My own short movies that I write. I have made several short movies and they can be found HERE. I like making movies and testing our random effects like cloning myself. =O

The above movie is a movie I made during the end of the summer. I wrote it randomly one day and decided, instead of starring myself as the main character, I'll star my friend Jim. So, I cast Jim and Joe Tran. Also, myself for a minor role. I wont give away any spoilers if your not already watching the video. So, I wont give anything away. But, I like it but as you'll see the reversed theme is present in movies, (The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button). BTW, I made this movie before that one was out. So, let me know what you think. Custom Ringtones for my iPhone

So, I figured out how to place custom ringtones in the ringtone folder inside the iPhone. To view every single file I have on my iPhone I use a 3rd Party Application (MAC) called DiskAid. It's very easy...I just found the folder that said ringtones and placed in my ringtone. But! It wasn't that easy, Apple is clever enough to use an "odd" file format, (m4r) yeah!? I never heard of it either. 

I did research and found out that I should open the song in iTunes. Then create an AAC version of it. Once, I created the AAC version I just dragged it to my desktop. From the desktop I renamed it to song.m4r. It worked and it converted and it said RING in the little icon. So, after that I dragged it right into the ringtones folder. I looked in my settings and saw it was there. It works! YAY! Remember: I unlock and jailbreak ANY iPhone.

VIDEO RINGTONES

So, I figured I needed to mod my iPhone a little more. So, I looked around some of the featured packages in Cydia (3rd Party Appstore) and found MivTones. It's a setup that allows you to play videos when someone calls you. So, I downloaded it and registered and quickly turned it on. The video ringtone came with one video, default.m4v. It was some random guy dancing with a weird video effect.

So, I said, "FORGETTT THISSS!" I'm going to learn how to put my own videos on this as my ringtone. I found a helpful youtube video showing me exactly how to put custom video ringtones on my iphone. It was easy all I had to do was use an app, DiskAid, that lets you view all the files in your iPhone, and put the video file right in there. The file extension had to be m4v and in mpg4 format.

I took my file converted it in iMovie HD and easily put the videos in the folder where you select which video ringtone you want. Wa-Lah, I now can put any video I want as my ringtone. Simple.

NINTENDO 64 ON A MAC

We all remember the days of the Nintendo 64. The Super Mario Bros, which one?, they had a million of them. LOL. So, my main man that I talk a lot of modding with, Kern, told me about a emulator for Nintendo 64 games working on a MAC.

I had been trying to run Windows games on a MAC without using Bootcamp or Crossover, but really didn't have any success. So, I guess that made Kern want to look up some emulators. So, he found an emulator (program that allows you to play different formats on MAC) and sent it out to a couple of us. I was amazed to see these old Mario games being played on my new MacBook.

So, what you do is you download these games of the site and they come in the format as a .rar. So, you unarchive them and put them in the save folder. That's it!

RED RING OF DEATH

The above picture-XBOX 360. The XBOX 360 is a Microsoft product just like the PC. I see MAC is winning in the vote for which is better. Anyways the XBOX 360 is very popular for hardware failures. The majority of XBOX 360's sold have had hardware failures, especially the earlier models.

Well, I had my XBOX 360 for about a year and a half and I thought I was so lucky because I never actually got the Red Ring Of Death like a lot of other people I know. The Red Ring Of Death is what appears on the XBOX 360's 'ring' when the hardware failure occurs. You can see the picture above.

Eventually, the XBOX 360's hardware failed. YEAH. So, Microsoft is kind enough to send you a box and tons of instructions on how to ship it back to them. VERY EASY. So, I shipped it out, at their expense, and got it back in about 4 weeks. They were kind enough to include a 1-month GOLD LIVE card, so I could play online, all the time I had missed.

PS2 FAIL

See that ^^^ Yeah. I did that. I tried it, and guess what I failed. Ahhh, I should've read the instructions. What I did was; I was on eBay one day and I saw a clear case for the Playstation 2. This was about 2 years ago. So, I said, "hmmm, maybe I can buy this and show off my fresh little clear case." I thought it would be cool to see my machine 'working' right in front of my eyes.

So, bought the case. Ripped it right out of the box, tore out the screws, and started assembling without instructions. Was I CRAZY?! How could a 7th grader figure this out!? Well, I think everything was going well, but guess what, my cat jumped on the table and pulled half of the PS2 down, but a cable ripped off and I couldn't fix it!
WHY!? But, I put on the case and tried to fix it, KINDA did.

The PS2 actually worked. Disk was spinning, but NOT READING. Of course, never a break in modding. So, I tried to reset the laser, read tons of stuff online but still couldn't get the game to load.

Then you know what I did. I was watching the fan spin around and around and around. SO, I STUCK A SCREWDRIVER IN IT AND BROKE A FAN BLADE OFF.

Now it made soooo much noise when it turned on! Dumb, much? So, I just retired the PS2 and used it for a school project. Thats what the little pieces of light blue and pink paper are, sorry. Got an A though! LOL. But, it just taught me: Don't be so hype. DIRECTIONS, DIRECTIONS, DIRECTIONS. Thats my insight for today!

MY BUSINESSES

(not me, btw.)

Over the years, I've had a desire to start a business. 

When I was way young I would make little flyers for
school supply repair. I know right. The paper would say
I'll fix anything pens, pencils, even refill glue sticks.
Well, nobody needed it done. So, FAIL.

After that I went on to another business. PHOTOGRAPHY.
I was really big into photography and I wanted to have a
future career in this field. I printed business cards and actually
got a job. I was a Pet Photographer. =D YES! Haha I took pictures of cats and had them printed out. I'm not sure if I got payed though... Whatever. That was 4th grade.

After that job, I laid low on the businesses and just did small tech things for people that I got tipped for. It was cool, it made me learn how to fix all kinds of things on a computer, PC and MAC.

Shortly after, 8th grade, I went into web design. I designed a website for a company
and got paid pretty heavily. BOO-YAH (its an ohio thing) I only designed one website, but I'm open to do it now that my MAC came with a free $500 dollar website building program, Dreamweaver.

Now, I am in the business of iPhone. I unlock, jailbreak, activate, and mod the iPhone and all of its features. I have unlocked one phone. Meaning I put it on a different GSM Carrier like T-Mobile. And jailbroke 2 iPhones. It's a simple process but my customers don't know how to do it. I do it for cheap do so CHILLAX. So, if you have an iPhone just laying around or iPod Touch, I'll jailbreak it for you and get you all kinds of custom useful applications as well as letting you have your iPhone screen look like ANYTHING you want. Winter Break

Ladies and Gentlemen. (drumroll please) It's almost here. The time all us people in school HATE. The first day back after a lonngggggg winter break. Christmas/Kwanzaa/Hanukah, etc. have PASSED. As well as New Years!! Gosh, no SNOW. I wanted a white christmas ;P . 

Well, I'm not sure if anyone here went to bed ON TIME throughout break because I know I sure didn't. I had a long streak of 3:00 in the morning-still-awakes. If that makes sense. My body 'timer' is messed up that I think I may have a lot of trouble waking up on Monday. Whatever. LOL. But, I guess I can get it back on schedule in a couple of days. 

Can't wait til Spring Break though. Those should be some fun times! If you know what I'm saying. (think whatever you please) but yeah. Uhm thats about it. Just a quick thought on going back to high school in a matter of  a couple of QUICK days. Friday hurry up.

My iPhone

My iPhone 2g is currently running on T-Mobile. (GSM)

I know how to unlock both to work on any carrier and 

it is a simple process.

MY LITTLE MODDED APP

Well, I found an app online for OSX and downloaded it to my MacBook. It quickly spread like wildfire to all my friends. The name of the app was iAlertu. It was a simple app that would ring and take a picture every time someone tampered with your laptop. I figured, "Hey, I can mod this and have a better iAlertu then anyone here!". So, I started playing around with it and found the app and went into the folder that contained the sounds as well as the pictures. It was very simple, each sound file being a .aif, an easy file to convert to in iMovie HD. 

Well, all the files were named something(caralarm.aiff). What you have to do is put together a sound clip and change the name and format to the same thing and replace it. That's it, the funny thing is noone knows how to do it. So, every time someone touches my laptop barking dogs go off versus the default annoying alarm.
